It's just the start when you have just taken a big leap towards your fitness journey. Initially, it takes around 6 weeks time to adjust to the new fitness routine, improve your stamina, learn the right technique and develop the motivation to not give up.

a. I find Online classes very boring,  so unsure whether will I stick with the routine?

b. How will a trainer train me without being present in front of me?

 

Fitness training is about training on 3 components of fitness, we ensure that we train you on those and hence this is possible with a well-structured exercise plan.

c. Will I be able to lose weight while workout out at home?

 

Losing weight is merely a balance on calorie intake vs expenditure. If you are able to maintain the balance as per

d. Will I be able to gain strength and muscles without gym equipment?

e. What if we are not regular with the sessions?

 

A healthy Lifestyle starts with discipline and commitment. We would say if you don't intend to have these, there is no point in taking up this program. As you can expect results only if you are regular with your exercise routine.

f. What about the safety factor?

 

That's why it is one 2 one fitness training. Se we can give you undivided attention and check on your form and technique. We demonstrate the right way of doing each exercise and make sure you do the same.

g. Can anyone in my family also join up for the class?

 

Nope as we mentioned in the above point, that we give you undivided attention while training in order to ensure safety.

h. Is there any discounts or refund to my program?

 

No, we don't offer discounts, as you will be training with a highly professional and experienced trainer. We don't give a refund for any programs. you can go for a trial session initially and then make up your mind.
